TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Goods must be paid for in full, at time of purchase. I accept PayPal, BACS or cheque All items are priced in £ Sterling GB.
ALL PRICES ARE POST FREE WITHIN THE UK, LARGER ITEMS ARE SENT VIA COURIER.
I am happy to send items to most places in the world. Please e-mail me email@example.com for the cost of post outside of the UK
Most Cushions, Aprons, Tea Towels and Greetings Cards are normally in stock. I always aim to post orders within two days of cleared payment.
Handmade Exclusive range items may differ in colour and material from the example illustration shown. The basic design however will be the same. Because these canvases and cushions are hand made and individually produced, please allow a few weeks for delivery from the date of order.
You may cancel an order, but this has to be done in writing, via an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org I will refund the cost of the item to you. If the item has already been dispatched to you, you would have to return it upon receipt, subject to the terms of return below.
RETURN AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item, you can return it for a refund, up to seven days after receipt of the item. Goods should be in unused condition. The buyer pays the cost of returning goods - either by post or courier. A refund of the original purchase price including postage will be made to you as soon as possible. Please return the item to me in the original condition, and you must obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you send it back. ( Orders of a value greater than £50 must be sent 'signed for')
RETURNS AND REFUNDS OF PERSONALISED / COMMISSIONED ITEMS
Due to their nature, I am afraid that I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds on commissioned or personalised items, such as family portraits or personalised cushions. By ordering such items, you are allowing for my artistic interpretation of the subject matter.
In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods, return them and I will refund the purchase price, as per Refunds above. Wherever possible, I will supply a replacement of the goods.
If an item is lost in transit, I will refund the purchase price, or deliver another of the same item ( subject to availability ). If the item is sent via tracked delivery, a refund or replacement is not possible. Higher value items are always sent via tracked delivery, either courier or post.
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
